The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has updated the last date for submitting online applications for JEECUP 2026 to May 17, 2026.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has updated the last date for submitting online applications for JEECUP 2026 to May 17, 2026. Candidates can apply online through the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. This change gives UP Polytechnic applicants more time to finish their application process. Because of some unexpected issues, the Computer-Based Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic)-2026 has been delayed. The new exam dates are from June 2 to June 9, 2026, instead of the original dates, which were May 15 to May 22, 2026.

To be eligible, candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognized board. The age limits and other eligibility conditions are explained in the information brochure. Students from different categories, like General, OBC, SC, and ST, are allowed to apply for JEECUP 2026.

How to Apply for JEECUP 2026?

If you're interested in applying, you should visit the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in to start the registration process.

  • On the website, click on the link for the UPJEE (Polytechnic) 2026 Online Application Form.
  • You will need to fill in all your personal and academic details accurately.
  • You will also have to upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as instructed.
  • You should select your preferred courses and examination centers during the application process.
  • Make sure to pay the application fee through the designated payment gateway before May 17, 2026.

Admit Card and Examination Details

The admit card will be available on the official website before the exam date. You can download it using your application number and password. Once you have downloaded the admit card, print it out and bring it along with a valid photo ID to the exam hall. You must arrive at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Follow all the instructions given by the examiners. 

Future Prospects for Students

The JEECUP 2026 results will be announced in the form of a rank list in June 2026. Candidates will be able to download their rank card and scorecard from the official website. After the results are announced, the counseling process will begin. Students will need to register online on the portal by providing their login details and then proceed with the seat allotment process. Those who are allotted seats will have to confirm their acceptance within the given deadline.
