JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Admit Cards Released for April 2 and 4 Exams; Link for April 5–8 Tests Coming Soon
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially commenced the release of admit cards for the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 (April attempt). As of April 1, 2026, candidates scheduled to appear for the exams on April 2 and April 4 can now download their hall tickets from the official portal, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

For those with examination dates between April 5 and April 8, the NTA is expected to activate the download links shortly, typically 48 to 72 hours before the respective exam dates. This phased release is a standard security measure to manage server traffic and ensure data integrity.
JEE Main 2026 Session 2: Examination Schedule
The second session of the Joint Entrance Examination is being conducted in two shifts daily (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

How to Download Your Session 2 Admit Card
To access your hall ticket, follow these verified steps on the NTA portal:
- Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link titled "Download Admit Card for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2".
- Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
- Enter the security pin (captcha) and click "Submit."
- Carefully check for the QR Code and Barcode on the downloaded PDF. If these are missing, re-download the file.
- Print the admit card on an A4 sheet (color print is preferred for clarity of the photograph).
Mandatory Exam Day Checklist
Engineering aspirants must carry the following items to the exam center. Failure to produce these will result in disqualification from the session:
- Printed Admit Card: With the "Self Declaration (Undertaking)" part filled in (except for the signature, which must be done in front of the invigilator).
- Valid Photo ID: Original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Passport Photo: One additional photograph (same as uploaded in the application) to be pasted on the attendance sheet.
- Transparent Pen: A simple transparent ballpoint pen.
- Personal Water Bottle: Must be transparent.
Important Note on Discrepancies
