The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has officially commenced the crucial stage of document verification and final admission formalities for the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Counselling today, October 22, 2025. This marks the first day of a critical, extended window for candidates who have successfully secured seats in MBBS, BDS, and BHMS courses under the Jharkhand State Quota.
Aspirants must note that this five-day period is the final opportunity to confirm their admission, as per the revised schedule released by the JCECEB. The entire process of certificate verification and admission formalities at the respective allotted institutions will run from October 22, 2025, to October 27, 2025.
The Immediate Next Steps for Allotted Candidates
Candidates who downloaded their provisional seat allotment letter—which was made available between October 21 and 27, 2025—must now proceed immediately to their designated medical or dental college. This step is mandatory and time-bound. The process essentially confirms the aspirant's willingness to accept the allotted seat and fulfill all institutional requirements.

| 3 | Issue of Provisional Seat Allotment Letter. | October 21 to 27, 2025 |
| 4 | Certificates/Documents Verification & Admission in the Concerned Institute. | October 22 to 27, 2025 |
Checklist for Document Verification (DO's and DON'Ts)
All successful candidates must arrive at the allotted institution with a comprehensive set of documents. Failure to produce the required documentation, both in original and self-attested copies, will result in the immediate cancellation of the seat. Aspirants should prepare the following key documents:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
- JCECEB Provisional Seat Allotment Letter (downloaded from the website)
- Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates
- Local/Permanent Resident Certificate of Jharkhand
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- A valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.)
Aspirants are advised to carry multiple sets of photocopies of all documents, along with recent passport-size photographs. Crucially, the final step involves the payment of the first year's tuition fee and other institutional charges. Only after successful document verification and fee submission will the admission be considered finalized. Candidates are strictly advised not to wait for the last date (October 27, 2025) to complete the formalities, as any unforeseen delay could jeopardize their admission.
This third round is a crucial juncture, particularly following the extension of the choice filling and editing windows on October 18 and 19, 2025, respectively. The JCECEB aims to finalize all admissions for the academic year promptly.
