Students who appeared for the board examinations across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams can now check and download their provisional marksheets on the official websites — jacresults.com and jac.jharkhand.gov.in. Results are also accessible through DigiLocker and the UMANG app.
The Jharkhand Board Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 3 to February 24, 2026, across various examination centres in the state. Over 3.75 lakh students had registered for the Intermediate exams this year. The declaration of results follows the successful announcement of JAC Class 10 results on April 23, 2026, where an impressive overall pass percentage of 95.27% was recorded.

Students can follow these steps to access their result: visit the official website at jacresults.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in, click on the "JAC Class 12 Result 2026" link, enter your Roll Code and Roll Number and click Submit, view the result displayed on screen, and download and print the provisional marksheet for future reference. Original marksheets will be distributed through respective schools and colleges at a later date.
Students can also access their digital marksheet through DigiLocker by logging in with their registered mobile number, navigating to the Education section, selecting the JAC board, and entering their roll number.

Passing Criteria and Compartment Examination
To be declared pass, students must score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, including both theory and practical components. Students who fall short by less than 5% in a single subject may be eligible for grace marks under JAC's grace mark policy. Students who fail in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for the JAC 12th Compartment Examination 2026, expected in June–July 2026. Students unsatisfied with their scores can apply for scrutiny or re-evaluation at a fee of ₹750 per subject, a process expected to begin in June.
