The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) have released the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 provisional answer key.

The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) have released the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 provisional answer key. This answer key is available on the official admission website at iiseradmission.in. The test was conducted on June 7, 2026, in one session only. The exam took place between 9 AM and 12 noon at various centers across the country. It is the main entrance exam for the BS-MS dual degree, BS, and BTech programs offered at IISER campuses. 

IISER Berhampur is the organizing institute for this admission cycle. Candidates can download their personal response sheets starting from June 9, 2026. The period to raise objections to the answer key begins on June 9 and ends on June 13, 2026. Anyone who is not satisfied with the answers can file an objection online. Each objection requires a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 100 per question. Payments can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

How to Download the IISER IAT 2026 Answer Key?

The provisional answer key is available on the official admission portal. To access it, candidates need to use their login details.

  • Visit the official portal at iiseradmission.in.
  • Click on the IAT 2026 answer key link on the homepage.
  • Log in using your application number and password.
  • Look at the provisional answer key for your specific question paper.
  • Download the PDF and save a copy for future reference. 

How to Raise an Objection Against the Answer Key?

Objections need to be backed by proper proof from a reliable source. Each objection comes with its own processing fee.

  • Log in to the candidate portal at iiseradmission.in.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the answer key challenge section.
  • Choose the question number you wish to challenge.
  • Upload the supporting evidence in the required format.
  • Pay the non-refundable fee of Rs 100 per question.
  • Submit the objection before 11:59 PM on June 13, 2026.
