ICSE, ISC Results 2026 Expected Soon: Everything Students Need to Know Before Results Day

The wait is almost over for thousands of students across India. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is all set to announce the much-awaited ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 results 2026 very soon. Students who appeared for the board exams earlier this year can check their results at the official website results.cisce.org.

When Will ICSE and ISC Results 2026 Be Declared?

This is the one question on every student's — and parent's — mind right now. While CISCE has not officially confirmed the exact date, all indications suggest that the results will be declared by the end of April or in the first week of May 2026. Going by past trends, last year's results were announced on April 30, so this year's announcement could follow a similar timeline.

ICSE Class 10 examinations were held from February 17 to March 30, 2026, while ISC Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 12 to April 3, 2026. That's weeks of hard work, late nights, and countless cups of chai — and now, finally, the moment of truth approaches.

How to Check ICSE, ISC Results 2026 Online

When the results are officially declared, students can follow these simple steps to check their scorecards:

1. Visit the official website — cisce.org or results.cisce.org
2. Click on the ICSE or ISC result link, whichever applies
3. Enter your login credentials — unique ID and index number
4. Submit the details to view your result on screen
5. Download and save your result for future reference

Students can also access their results through DigiLocker and via SMS, making it convenient for those without immediate internet access.

Important: Online Marksheet is Provisional

One crucial thing students must keep in mind — the marksheet downloaded online is only a provisional scorecard. The original, official marksheet will be distributed through your respective schools. So don't worry if your downloaded copy says "provisional" — that's completely normal.

What's Next After Results?

Results day can be emotional — for students and families alike. Whether the outcome is exactly what you hoped for or not, remember that board exam results are just one chapter of a much longer story. Students scoring well can begin exploring college admissions, while those looking for improvement can consider re-evaluation options that CISCE typically offers.

Keep checking results.cisce.org regularly for live updates, and make sure your login details — unique ID and index number — are handy so you're ready the moment results drop.

Best of luck to all ICSE and ISC students of 2026!
