About IBSAT 2026
IBSAT is the national-level entrance test ICFAI Business School (IBS) uses for admission to its two-year, full-time MBA and PGPM programmes across nine campuses — Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dehradun and Jaipur (MBA), and Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune (PGPM). It's a computer-based, remote-proctored test of 140 multiple-choice questions across Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Adequacy & Interpretation, with no negative marking. A single IBSAT application covers all nine campuses. IBS has also announced a ₹10-crore scholarship programme this year for top scorers across IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT and NMAT, alongside dedicated provisions for IBS alumni wards and defence-personnel families.
