New sign-ups and selection entry for Round 4 will be available through the official site at hbtu.admissions.nic.in. Applicants can submit their registration between July 16 and July 26, 2026. The seat allotment outcome for Round 4 is scheduled to be announced on July 27, 2026. This stage is intended for students who failed to obtain a seat across Rounds 1 through 3. New candidates who did not register during the earlier period may also submit an application at this time.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for HBTU BTech Round 4 Counseling?

Participation in Round 4 is available to two groups of students aiming for BTech seats at HBTU. Eligibility requires possession of a valid JEE Main 2026 score.

1. Those who enrolled previously but were not allotted any seat in Rounds 1 to 3.
2. New applicants who never took part in Phase I counseling.
3. In addition, candidates must satisfy the Class 12 minimum marks requirement specified in the official bulletin. 
4. The Round 4 seat matrix will cover unfilled seats remaining after the Phase I withdrawal period.

How Can You Register for HBTU BTech Round 4 Counselling 2026?

New applicants need to finish a brief online procedure using the counseling website. Use the steps given below to register and finalize choices prior to the cutoff.

2. Select the Phase II BTech registration option shown on the front page.
3. Provide your JEE Main 2026 application ID along with personal information.

Fee Details for Phase II

For Phase II, newly registering candidates are required to pay a counseling charge of Rs 2,500. This payment is not refundable and may be made via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Students who were already registered in Phase I are not required to pay the amount again.
