Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026: Check Schedule, Fees, Eligibility

The Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak has released the Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026-27 academic session. The official Round 3 public notice was issued on September 24, 2026. The counselling process will be conducted through the official Haryana NEET UG admission portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. The Round 3 process includes registration for new candidates, willingness for previously registered candidates, fresh choice filling and locking, seat allocation, provisional tuition fee payment, document verification and institute reporting. Who Can Participate in Haryana NEET UG Round 3?

The official notice provides separate instructions for fresh and previously registered candidates. Candidates who did not register in Rounds 1 or 2 can complete fresh registration during the Round 3 window. Candidates who have already registered for Round 1 or Round 2 do not need to register again. However, they must give their willingness to participate in Round 3 through their login. Candidates who were allotted seats in Rounds 1 or 2 and want to participate in Round 3 must follow the applicable upgrade/willingness process. Candidates who have already joined a Round 1 or Round 2 seat can retain their existing seat unless an upgraded seat is allotted to them in Round 3, subject to the official rules. Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Security Amount

For eligible Haryana SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD candidates, the applicable amount is ₹5,000. Candidates who also wish to opt for state quota or management quota seats in private medical and dental colleges, including private universities, are required to deposit ₹1 lakh as specified in the official notice. Candidates who fail to deposit the required security amount will not be considered eligible for Round 3. How to Participate in Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Counselling?

Fresh candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official Haryana NEET UG counselling portal at uhsrugcounselling.com.
2. Open the Round 3 counselling section.
3. Complete fresh registration using the required NEET UG 2026 and personal details.
4. Edit the application details, if required, within the permitted window.
5. Deposit the applicable security amount through the admission portal.
6. Submit fresh college and course preferences.
7. Lock the choices before October 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
8. Download or save the submitted details and payment confirmation.

Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment 2026

UHSR will publish the provisional seat allocation on October 12, 2026. Candidates can check their allotted college and course through the admission portal. A grievance facility will also be available for the provisional allocation, after which the allocation list will be uploaded following grievance redressal. Candidates who receive a seat must complete the provisional tuition fee payment between October 12 and October 14, 2026, up to 11 PM.

Haryana NEET Round 3 Document Verification

Physical document verification for candidates who have received provisional seats and successfully paid the required provisional tuition fee will be conducted on October 15 and 16, 2026, from 9 AM onwards. What Happens to the Security Amount?

The official Round 3 notice specifies different outcomes depending on the candidate's admission status.
