Candidates who appeared for the exam and wish to seek admission to degree engineering colleges in Gujarat must now turn their attention to the ACPC counselling process, registrations for which are already underway at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.
GUJCET 2026 Result Highlights
A total of 1,32,319 candidates appeared for GUJCET 2026. Among them, 695 students scored above the 99th percentile in the PCM (Group A) category, while 764 candidates achieved 99 percentile and above in the PCB (Group B) category — reflecting the high level of competition this year.
Students can access their results using their seat number as mentioned on the admit card. The rank card displays subject-wise marks, total marks out of 120, and the overall percentile rank.
What Comes Next — ACPC Counselling 2026
With the result now declared, the next critical step for all qualifying candidates is registering for ACPC counselling. Admission to degree engineering colleges in Gujarat is granted through GUJCET scores and/or JEE Main scores via the ACPC centralised counselling process. The last date to register for counselling is May 30, 2026, at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. Candidates are strongly advised not to delay their registration.
GUJCET 2026 ACPC Counselling Schedule
The complete tentative counselling timeline is as follows. Registrations are open from March 31 to May 30, 2026. The provisional merit list will be declared on June 12, along with the revised final list of institutes and seat matrix. Choice filling and alteration for the mock round will be open from June 12 to 15, with mock round results declared on June 17. The final merit list will also be published on June 17.
The first round of seat allotment is scheduled for June 25, with online payment of token tuition fees and admission letter generation open from June 25 to 30. A second round of allotment follows on July 15, with payment accepted from July 15 to 19. The third and final round of allotment is set for July 25, with vacancy display after Round 3 on July 28.
Candidates who have not yet registered should do so immediately to avoid missing out on seat allotment. All updates and official notifications will be posted on gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.
