The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat, has released a crucial notice for medical and dental aspirants, outlining the schedule for the cancellation of Round 1 admissions and the commencement of online registration for Round 2 of the NEET-UG 2025 counselling. Important Dates and Details for Aspirants
According to the official notice, the cancellation of admissions from Round 1 can be done at designated Help Centres between September 2 and September 6, 2025. Simultaneously, the online registration for the second round has begun and will remain open from September 1 to September 5, 2025. Candidates are advised to complete their registration within this window.
The schedule for key activities in this round is as follows:
- Online PIN Purchase and Registration: September 1 - September 5, 2025
- Document Verification at Help Centres: September 4 - September 6, 2025
The cost for the online PIN is ₹11,000, which includes a non-refundable fee and a refundable security deposit. Students who have already purchased the PIN in Round 1 do not need to buy a new one.
Eligibility and Application Process
Candidates who are eligible based on their NEET-UG 2025 All India Overall Rank and have passed their Class 12 (Science Stream with B/AB Group) examination from a Gujarat-affiliated board can participate.
