Eligibility and Program Variety

GIM offers a diverse portfolio of specializations tailored for the modern business world. The programs available include:

• PGDM (Core): The flagship management program with 300 seats.
• PGDM – Health Care Management (HCM): Specializing in the rapidly expanding healthcare sector (120 seats).
• PGDM – Big Data Analytics (BDA): For those seeking careers in data-driven decision-making (180 seats).
• PGDM – Banking, Insurance & Financial Services (BIFS): A specialized program for the BFSI sector (120 seats).
• International Double Degree in Analytics (IDA): A global opportunity for BDA students (30 seats).

To be eligible for these programs, candidates must hold a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (45% for SC/ST categories). Crucially, final-year students who will complete their degree requirements by June 2026 are also eligible to apply, provided they maintain the minimum aggregate marks up to their latest examination.

Accepted Entrance Exams and Key Dates

GIM accepts scores from major management entrance tests: CAT 2025, XAT 2026, and GMAT (scores taken between January 1, 2024, and January 15, 2026).

It is important to note that applicants for the PGDM-BDA and IDA programs must also appear for the GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT), which is scheduled for February 1, 2026.
