Candidates seeking admission through the vacant-seat process should check the applicable programme notice before appearing for counselling.

GGU Releases CUET UG Vacancy Data

GGU has published its CUET UG 2026 vacancy data as on September 3, 2026. Candidates should check the latest vacancy position before travelling for offline counselling because availability can vary by programme and category. The university has also published programme-specific vacancy and counselling notices. Therefore, candidates should not assume that every UG programme will be available in the September 8 spot round.

Programmes With Special Offline Counselling

The official GGU CUET UG admission page lists September 8 counselling notices for several programmes, including:

• BBA
• B.Sc. Chemistry
• B.Sc. Computer Science
• BCA
• B.Sc. Biotechnology through its spot counselling notice

The university has also published other UG vacancy and admission updates separately. Candidates should refer to the individual notice for their preferred programme for the applicable eligibility conditions and reporting instructions.

Who Can Participate in GGU Spot Counselling?

Eligibility depends on the programme-specific GGU counselling notice and the applicable admission rules.

Candidates should verify:

• Whether CUET UG 2026 participation is mandatory for the selected programme.
• Whether they satisfy the programme's subject requirements.
• Whether they meet the applicable merit or admission conditions.
• Whether seats are available in their category.
• Whether the programme notice permits participation by candidates who did not participate in an earlier GGU counselling round.

The last two conditions should be checked against the relevant official notice before candidates travel. [VERIFY]
