The registration process has begun on the official website at gcas.gujgov.edu.in and will be open from July 5, 2026, to July 15, 2026. The VSBC round is meant to fill any seats that were not filled in the earlier merit-based rounds. It gives new applicants and those who were not allocated a seat another chance to get into an undergraduate course. The first VSBC merit list is expected to be released on July 6, 2026.

Candidates need to register on the GCAS portal during the ten-day period. The merit list is made using the marks from the last qualifying exam.After the merit list is announced, candidates will be allowed to choose their preferred colleges and courses, and then they will have to report to the college they are allocated.

Who Can Apply for GCAS VSBC 2026?
