The FLAME University Pune has opened Online Cycle V (Round 5) for undergraduate admissions 2026 with application deadline June 21, 2026. Candidates can register and apply online at apply.flame.edu.in  by paying INR 2,000 application fee through debit card, credit or demand draft.

ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS 

FLAME University Pune's admission process is completely online. The selection process includes FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT), essay writing, online personal interview (OPI), and evaluation of past academic records and extracurricular activities. Candidates who have a valid SAT/ACT score can skip FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test and proceed directly to essay and interview stages. 

FLAME University,Pune UG Admission 2026 Important Dates 

Candidates must have passed Class 12th standard from any recognized board like CBSE, CISCE, or state boards. Applicants must be less than 21 years old as on July 31, 2026.

How to apply for FLAME University, Pune UG courses?

• Candidates must register at apply.flame.edu.in  to create an user account.
• After registration, any candidate can login with their credentials and fill the online application form with entrance test scores, personal details, educational qualifications, and extracurricular achievements.
• The candidates must upload their recent passport-size photograph and scanned copies of 10th and 12th mark sheets and passing certificates before payment.

The non-refundable application fee of INR 2,000 can be paid through multiple modes. Online payment accepts debit cards, credit cards (except American Express), net banking, wallet, and UPI. Alternatively, candidates can send demand draft in favor of "FLAME University" payable at Pune to the admission office address.

FEAT Exam Pattern and Structure 

FEAT is an online multiple-choice question exam conducted for 120 minutes. The exam has four sections:

• Verbal Ability (40 questions, 50 marks)
• Reasoning Ability (20 questions, 40 marks)
• Quantitative Ability (20 questions, 30 marks)
• General Knowledge (20 questions, 20 marks)

Candidates with SAT/ACT scores can skip FEAT and appear only for essay and interview. After FEAT completion or SAT/ACT submission, candidates must write an on-the-spot essay in approximately 200-250 words within 20 minutes. The candidates have to go through an online personal interview round, where FLAME's admissions panel assesses motivation for the course, passions, communication skills, and clarity of thought through questions about aspirations and learnings.

Documents Required 

Candidates must upload:

• 10th standard mark sheet and passing certificate
• 12th standard mark sheet and passing certificate
• SAT/ACT score card (if applicable)
• Optional certificates or transcripts

Valid identity proof for online admission process includes Aadhar card, PAN card, or passport (original documents only). FLAME evaluates candidature based on holistic review including entrance exam performance, essay quality, interview assessment, past academic records, and extracurricular activities.

What must candidates do now?

Shortlisted candidates must accept admission offers within the valid time period specified in offer letters. Enrollment deposit fees can be paid through net banking or demand draft payable at Pune. After payment confirmation, FLAME communicates joining date, academic calendar, housing details, and induction schedule via registered email.
