DU CSAS PG 2026 Round 3 Schedule Released; Upgrade Window Opens, Third Allotment on July 6
The University of Delhi (DU) has shared the schedule for the third round of admission under the Common Seat Allocation System for Postgraduate (CSAS-PG) for the 2026-27 academic year. The notice can be found on the official admission website at admission.uod.ac.in. The third list of allocated seats will be announced on July 6.
The university has also started a period where candidates can upgrade their admission or make changes to their application.

Upgrade Window for Round 1 and Round 2 Candidates
Candidates who have already confirmed their admission in Round 1 or Round 2 can take advantage of the upgrade facility. They can choose between two options: freeze and upgrade. The window for this opens on June 30 at 10 AM and closes on July 1 at 4:59 PM. Those who choose to upgrade might get a better program in the third round. Candidates who choose to freeze will keep their current seat.
Mid-Entry and Correction Facility
New candidates who missed the earlier CSAS-PG application can now apply. The mid-entry option has a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000. Existing candidates can also change certain details in their application during this period.
How to Apply Through the DU CSAS PG Mid-Entry Window?
The mid-entry window gives new postgraduate applicants one last chance to join the admission process.
Here are the steps to apply.
- Go to the official CSAS website at admission.uod.ac.in.
- Click on the CSAS-PG registration link on the homepage.
- Enter your personal, academic, and course preference details.
- Pay the Rs 1,000 non-refundable mid-entry fee online.
- Submit your form before July 4 at 4:59 PM.
Third Allotment and Programme-Specific Rounds
The third allocation list covers general postgraduate programs across DU departments. It also includes the first round for courses that are based on performance, such as MFA, MA Music, B.P.Ed., and M.P.Ed.
Quota Allocation and Fee Payment
Seats under the CW, sports, and Ward quotas will be allocated on July 7. Candidates who are allotted seats need to accept them by July 9 at 4:59 PM. The verification process by the departments will go on until July 10.The admission fee must be paid by July 11 at 4:59 PM.
