DME Gujarat to Conclude Round 1 Allotment Reporting for MBBS/BDS Today

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) of Gujarat has announced the final deadline for the first round of allotment and reporting for MBBS & BDS courses for the 2025-26 academic session. This is a critical period for thousands of medical aspirants in the state who have been allotted a seat in either a government or self-financed medical college under the Government, Management, or NRI quotas. The last day to complete the reporting process is today, August 23, 2025, and all aspiring students are urged to complete their formalities without delay. Important Dates and Final Steps to Secure Your Seat

To successfully complete the admission process, candidates must adhere to the following schedule:

• Online Fee Payment: The window for online payment of tuition fees has a deadline of August 22, 2025 (3:00 pm).
• Bank Fee Payment: For those paying at a designated HDFC bank, the deadline is also August 22, 2025 (3:00 pm).
• Document Submission: The final and most important step—reporting and submitting original documents at the Help Centre—has a hard deadline of August 23, 2025 (12:00 Noon).

Why this Deadline is Crucial

Failing to report and submit the required documents by the deadline can lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat, resulting in the forfeiture of the opportunity for admission in this round. It is imperative for all candidates to have their original documents ready and to report to their designated Help Centre as soon as possible. These documents include all academic certificates, NEET UG 2025 scorecard, and any other relevant paperwork.

For aspiring students, this final step is the culmination of years of hard work. By completing this last stage, they can officially begin their journey toward a successful medical career.
