In CUET UG, university students are allowed to choose as many as five subjects in total. This may include subjects under science, commerce, and art, as well as a language and a general aptitude test.
In the CUET paper, there can be 3 sections, which are Part I for Languages, Part II for Regional Subjects, and Part III for the General Examination. The duration of each part is 60 min. At the time of registration, applicants need to verify their Aadhaar statistics, class certificates, and class 10 files to prevent rejection of the software form.

The admit card for CUET 2026 was available from May 5, 2026. The admit card can be downloaded through the CUET portal, cuet.nta.nic.in, using the utility wide variety and password.
This test could be held in computer-based test mode in various test centers located in 354 cities within India and 26 cities outside India. Over 15 lakh students are expected to participate in this exam. Apart from the admit card, the National Testing Agency (NTA) also provided a metropolitan intimation slip before the admit card was changed to be issued to the candidates. The Metropolis intimation slip offers applicants facts about their assigned examination city, but it is not a going price tag.
Some of the statistics available on the CUET admit card are exam date, exam time, exam center, exam date instructions, and roll number. Students may be required to have both the admission card and a valid identity card for the examination process. If this process is not followed, candidates may be denied entry into the examination process.

The city intimation slip was introduced before the admit card so that candidates should have set up their travel and accommodation nicely earlier. Applicants can acknowledge approximately the allotted city through the City Intimation Slip. However, the City Intimation Slip is only for initial statistics and no longer an admission card.

CUET 2026 Self-Declaration Form
The CUET 2026 Self-Declaration Form is mandatory to use on the day of the examination. This record serves as a claim by candidates that they have understood and adhered to all advice at some stage of the examination. This form can be observed with the CUET 2026 Admit Card. Candidates must fill this form and take it to the examination center with the admit card. Candidates will no longer have to signal the CUET 2026 self-paper before the examination. It should be signed most effectively in front of the invigilator in the examination room.
