The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has officially released the COMEDK UGET 2025 Round 4 seat allotment result, marking the final phase of the counselling process. For thousands of engineering aspirants who have been allotted a seat, this is a critical time to complete the necessary formalities to secure their spot.

Important Dates and Next Steps for Aspirants

According to the official schedule, the key deadlines for Round 4 are as follows:

  • Decision-Making & Fee Payment: The final deadline to make a decision (Accept and Freeze) and pay the seat acceptance fee is September 9, 2025, at 2 PM.
  • Reporting to College: Candidates who have accepted their seat must physically report to the allotted college by September 10, 2025, at 4 PM to complete the final document verification and admission process.

Mandatory Steps to Secure Your Seat

Upon checking your allotment status on the candidate portal at comedk.org, you have two primary options:

  1. "Accept and Freeze": This option is for candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat. After choosing this, you must pay the required fee and then physically report to the assigned college with all the necessary documents for verification.
  2. "Reject and Withdraw": This option is for candidates who do not wish to proceed with the allotment. Please be aware that there is no seat cancellation for this round, and any failure to report will result in the forfeiture of the total fee paid, along with a penalty.

Essential Documents for Reporting

Ensure you have the following documents ready for your physical verification at the college:

  • COMEDK Allotment Letter
  • Fee Payment Receipt
  • COMEDK 2025 Rank Card
  • Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
  • Valid Photo ID Proof
