Important Dates and Next Steps for Aspirants

According to the official schedule, the key deadlines for Round 4 are as follows:

Decision-Making & Fee Payment: The final deadline to make a decision (Accept and Freeze) and pay the seat acceptance fee is September 9, 2025, at 2 PM.
Reporting to College: Candidates who have accepted their seat must physically report to the allotted college by September 10, 2025, at 4 PM to complete the final document verification and admission process.

Mandatory Steps to Secure Your Seat

"Reject and Withdraw": This option is for candidates who do not wish to proceed with the allotment. Please be aware that there is no seat cancellation for this round, and any failure to report will result in the forfeiture of the total fee paid, along with a penalty.

Essential Documents for Reporting

Ensure you have the following documents ready for your physical verification at the college:

COMEDK Allotment Letter
Fee Payment Receipt
COMEDK 2025 Rank Card
