COMEDK RESULT

The COMEDK, Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, is a private association of colleges in Karnataka which conducts entrance examinations for admission to engineering and other professional courses offered by institutions that are members of the Consortium.

The examination is not restricted to students of Karnataka but provides admission to students all across the country. 

The most important engineering exam in Karnataka is COMEDK UGET, the Under Graduate Entrance Test. The Under Graduate Entrance Test is being conducted for the programmes of Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering.  We must consider the fact that the COMED-K exam is being conducted for admission to private colleges that are part of the Consortium. 

The response sheet that allows the students to depict how the answers are coded. The response sheet provides registered answers in the examination. The provisional answer key is also scheduled to be released on May 16, 2026. These details are provided on the official COMEDK portal. 

The Candidates can calculate their scores in the COMEDK UGET 2026 examination by comparing their response sheet with the provisional answer key of the exam. Since the answer key is the provisional answer key, the marks calculated shouldn’t be considered as the final one. 

OTHER FEATURES

• The COMEDK marking scheme has no negative marking and +1 marks for correct answers, while no marks will be deducted for incorrect and unattempted answers.
• Candidates with a score of 140+ marks are considered to have a good score and can get admission in competitive branches at top Karnataka engineering colleges such as RV College of Engineering , BMS College of Engineering and MSRIT (Ramaiah Institute of Technology) .
• The scores calculated using the response sheet are provisional until the final answer key is released on 23rd May 2026.
• The official COMEDK UGET 2026 result is scheduled to be declared on May 29, 2026, at 4 PM.
