  • For General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories: A minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • For SC/ST categories: A minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to appear for the CLAT Exam, making it accessible to a wide range of aspirants.

For CLAT PG (LLM):

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an LL.B. degree or an equivalent law degree (either a 3-year or 5-year integrated law degree) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
  • Minimum Marks:
  • For General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories: A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying LL.B. examination.
  • For SC/ST categories: A minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying LL.B. examination.
  • Age Limit: Similar to the UG program, there is no upper age limit for CLAT PG.

Application Fee and Important Considerations 

Based on the fee structure from previous CLAT examinations, the application fee is likely to be:

INR 4,000: For General/OBC/PwD/PIO/OCI/NRI categories.

INR 3,500: For SC/ST/BPL categories.

Additional Charge: An extra charge of INR 500 may apply if candidates wish to obtain previous years' CLAT question papers.

Aspirants should also keep the following in mind:

Ensure all personal and academic details filled in the application form are accurate to avoid discrepancies later.

Prepare all necessary documents, including academic transcripts, category certificates (if applicable), and a recent photograph and signature, for upload as per the specifications.
