ONLY EDUCATION does not reproduce candidate names, roll numbers, ranks or allotment rows from the official list. Candidates should confirm their status through the authority’s PDF and candidate login.
Where Allotted Candidates Must Report
Candidates allotted seats in government medical or dental colleges should complete scrutiny and admission at the allotted institution.
Candidates allotted seats in private medical or dental colleges must first complete document scrutiny at a designated State Scrutiny Centre listed in the official notice. After successful scrutiny, they must report to the allotted private institution to complete admission.
The notice does not provide separate individual appointment times. Candidates should report within the official window and allow enough time for document checking, fee formalities, and travel between the scrutiny centre and the allotted institution, where applicable.
Documents Required for Scrutiny and Admission
The official notice asks candidates to bring the following core items:
- Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 registration slip generated from the state portal;
- Round 3 allotment letter;
- all applicable original certificates and documents;
- two photocopy sets of the required documents;
- two recent passport-size photographs; and
- the prescribed disability certificate from an authorised centre, if the seat is claimed under the disability category.
Candidates should also check the information bulletin, allotment letter, and allotted college’s instructions for course-, quota- or institution-specific requirements. Do not rely only on screenshots or forwarded lists.
What Happens During Scrutiny and Admission?
Admission can be completed only after successful scrutiny. The notice says the institution will retain the required original documents after verification.
Candidates should ensure that their admission is completed on the counselling portal and obtain the portal-generated admission receipt before leaving the reporting centre.
If a candidate is reporting to a private institution, the scrutiny and admission steps may take place at different locations. Candidates should plan their travel accordingly and report well before the deadline.
Important Mop-Up Round Rule
The authority’s notice says candidates admitted through this Mop-Up Round will not be eligible for a later counselling round conducted by the Chhattisgarh Directorate of Medical Education.
It also states that an allotted candidate who does not take admission will forfeit the registration or security deposit and will be ineligible for the Chhattisgarh counselling process for admission in 2027.
Candidates facing an exceptional problem should contact the official authority immediately instead of assuming that the deadline or rule will be relaxed.
