The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has issued an urgent reminder to all eligible aspirants for the Jharkhand NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Counselling. The window for online registration and uploading of mandatory certificates is rapidly closing, with the final deadline set for tomorrow, November 5, 2025. This is a pivotal step for securing eligibility for admission into MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses under the State Quota in the medical colleges of Jharkhand. Round 1 Key Schedule & Deadlines

The JCECEB has outlined a clear and strict timeline for the initial counselling phase. Candidates must focus on completing the registration and preparing for the subsequent merit list and choice filling stages:

Registration Checklist: Documents and Fees

To ensure a successful registration by the November 5 deadline, aspirants must carefully complete the following:

1. Online Application Form: Fill in all personal, academic, and contact details accurately on the official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
2. Document Upload: All necessary certificates must be scanned and uploaded in the specified format. Essential documents include the NEET PG 2025 Scorecard, MBBS Degree/Mark Sheets, Internship Completion Certificate, Provisional/Permanent Registration Certificate from the State Medical Council, and the Jharkhand Domicile Certificate (mandatory for State Quota seats).
3. Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the prescribed Application Fee and the Counselling Fee online.
   • Application Fee: ₹1,000/- (Gen/EWS/BC-I/BC-II) and ₹500/- (SC/ST/Female).
   • Counselling Fee: ₹2,000/- (Gen/EWS/BC-I/BC-II) and ₹1,200/- (SC/ST/Female).
4. Security Deposit: Candidates should be financially prepared for the refundable security deposit required later for seat allotment: ₹2 Lakhs for Medical Colleges and ₹1 Lakh for Dental Colleges (Private Institutes) or a lower amount for Government seats.

The immediate priority for aspirants today is to finalize the registration and document uploading process. Once the provisional merit list is published, the subsequent phase of Choice Filling will determine the final seat allotment based on rank and preference. Missing the registration deadline will make a candidate ineligible for the entire Jharkhand State Quota Counselling for MD/MS admissions.
