The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will most likely announce the results of Class 12th Board Exam soon. In fact, if we tend to the sources then the result will be announced before the third week of May. The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted board exams from 17th February to 10th April.
The Board exams concluded with a Humanities exam. The last exam was for Legal Studies. All the Board Examinations were conducted in a single shift. The shift of three hours examination started at 10:30 AM.
According to the Board, the results will be announced in May. The Date and Time of the result have not been provided by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Once the results are announced by the Board in an official manner, all the students can see their marks after entering their roll number, Date of Birth and other personal credentials.
There is a major reform that the Central Board has brought in the framework of academics this year. The Board has introduced an on-screen marking (OSM) system for the evaluation of answer sheets. Class 12th Board Examination Answer Sheets weren’t evaluated in a traditional manner but were evaluated through On-Screen Marking System.
When the answer sheets are evaluated in a traditional fashion, they are marked physically. Technological Approach was not used in the evaluation. When the answer sheets are marked in a traditional manner, there are errors or discrepancies that happen.
Although we must always tend to see them as human errors, these errors define the trajectories of someone’s career. The On Screen Marking will allow the system to remove these discrepancies. Managing Class 12th answer sheets in a digital manner and removing the trajectory of physical marking will provide hope to the students who are coming up in the system.
The Class 10th Answer sheets were evaluated in the traditional fashion. Probably, we might see the On-screen marking system in the next few years.
