CAT 2025 Registration: Final Deadline is Today!

The registration window will officially close at 5:00 PM today, September 20, 2025. This is a final reminder to all eligible candidates who have not yet completed their application to do so immediately to avoid any last-minute technical glitches or server issues.

The application deadline was extended from the original date of September 13 to give more time for students to register. No further extensions are expected, making today the final opportunity to take the first step toward admission to the prestigious Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and over 1,000 other top B-schools in the country.

Important Details for Last-Minute Applicants

Before you log in to the official CAT website, https://iimcat.ac.in/, ensure you have the following documents and details ready:

• Scanned Documents: A recent passport-sized photograph and a scanned signature.
• Application Fee: The fee is ₹2,600 for General, EWS, and NC-OBC candidates, and ₹1,300 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
• Academic Records: Class 10th, 12th, and graduation marks.
• Test City Preference: You can select up to five preferred test cities.

The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 30, 2025. The admit card will be available for download from November 5, 2025. It is advised to keep a printed copy of your application confirmation and fee payment receipt for future reference.
