The first withdrawal window has the lowest fee deduction during the entire admission process. Students who withdraw at this stage get back most of the money they paid. These rules are set by BITS Pilani and apply to all campuses, including Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. A flat processing fee of Rs 1000 is subtracted from the total admission fee.
