The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has shared new information about theBITSAT 2026 Preference Form edit period. This edit period will be open on June 9 and 10, 2026. Candidates who have already filled in their Preference Form can make changes to their submitted forms through the official website at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. The BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) is the main way to get into integrated first-degree programs offered by BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa, and Hyderabad campuses.
Only those who have already submitted their Preference Form can use this edit window. New registrations will not be allowed during these two days.Candidates have the option to change the order of their preferred programs and campuses. They can also update their Class 12 board examination results if they have been declared. However, no other fields in the form can be altered during this time. BITS Pilani had previously delayed the edit window after the Preference Form submission deadline. Now, they have confirmed the new two-day schedule.

How to edit the BITSAT 2026 Preference Form?
- Go to the official portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
- Click on the BITSAT 2026 candidate login link.
- Enter your application number and password to log in.
- Find the Preference Form section on your dashboard.
- Change the priority list of your preferred programmes and campuses.
- Update your Class 12 marks if your board results are already available.
- Save the changes and download the updated preview copy.
What Candidates Can and Cannot Change?
The edit window allows changes to only two parts of the preference form. These are the order of your preferred programmes and campuses and your Class 12 marks. Other details like personal information, exam centre, and BITSAT scores cannot be changed. Candidates must use the login credentials they created during the application process.
