In an important development for aspiring medical students in Bihar, the registration and choice-filling process for Bihar NEET AYUSH 2025 has officially commenced. This is a crucial step for candidates vying for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses.

The official portal for registration and choice filling is open from September 23 to September 29, 2025, with a deadline of 10 p.m. This is a limited window for candidates to secure their preferred seats in government and private colleges across the state. Out of the 230 seats sanctioned in government colleges for AYUSH courses, 192 will be allotted under the state quota, offering a significant opportunity for local aspirants.

Important Dates and Details

The process involves two main steps for all eligible candidates:

  1. Registration: Creating an account and filling in the required personal and academic details.
  2. Choice Filling: Selecting colleges and courses in order of preference. This step is critical, as seat allotment will be based on the choices submitted, a candidate’s NEET score, and their rank.

Candidates are strongly advised to fill in their choices carefully, considering their ranks and the available seats. Failure to complete both steps within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification from the allotment process.
