Who is eligible to take part in AUEET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling?

Phase 2 is meant to fill any available seats after the first round. According to the official notification, the following students can apply:

  1. Students who passed the AUEET 2026 but were not allotted a seat in Phase 1.
  2. Students who were given a seat in Phase 1 but did not pay the course fee.
  3. Students who paid the Phase 1 fee but want to switch to a better branch.
  4. Students who didn't register in Phase 1 at all.

AUEET 2026 Course Fee Structure

The self-support course fees for the six-year integrated B.Tech. M.Tech. program differ depending on the branch. The table below shows the annual tuition fees for the main branches offered under AUEET. No refunds are given for tuition fees or any scholarship benefits for self-support courses. Candidates should check the fee rules on the DOA website before making payments.

How to Register for AUEET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling?

Registration for Phase 2 is completely online through the DOA portal. The process is similar to Phase 1.

  1. Go to the official website at audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in.
  2. Click on the AUEET 2026 Phase 2 counseling registration link.
  3. Log in using your AUEET 2026 hall ticket number and rank card details.
  4. Upload the necessary documents for online verification.
  5. Pay the processing fee using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  6. Enter your choices for branches by ranking them in order.
  7. Lock your choices and download the confirmation slip.

What Documents Are Needed for Certificate Verification?

Candidates should have scanned copies of the following documents ready before starting the verification step:

  1. AUEET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
  2. Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
  3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution
  4. Study certificates for Classes 9 to 12
  5. Caste certificate, if applicable
  6. Income certificate for fee reimbursement claims
  7. Aadhaar card and a passport-size photograph
  8. EWS or PwD certificate, as needed

What happens after seat allotment?

Once the provisional seat allotment is announced, candidates must log in to check their assigned branch.
Those satisfied with their allotted seat should pay the course fee within the given time frame. If the fee is not paid on time, the seat will be cancelled. The seat will then be put into the pool of available seats for further rounds. The university will provide separate instructions regarding the reporting dates for physical joining.
