The APSCHE has released the provisional answer key for the AP PGECET 2026 on May 6, 2026.

The APSCHE has released the provisional answer key for the AP PGECET 2026 on May 6, 2026. Candidates who took part in the Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test can download their response sheets and master papers from the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. From May 6, 2026, until May 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM, candidates who notice any errors in the answer key can file their objections. The AP PGECET 2026 is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, on behalf of APSCHE for the purpose of admission to post-graduation engineering programs. 

If any mistakes are found in the provisional answer key, candidates can raise objections through the official website. The fee for each objection is INR 300 per question. After reviewing all the objections, the authorities will announce the final answer key. The results for AP PGECET 2026 are expected to be released on May 14, 2026.

The Process for Downloading & Objecting the Answer Key

The process for downloading and raising objections to the provisional answer key is outlined below:

Candidates must visit the APSCHE portal (cets.apsche.ap.gov.in) and log in using their registration number and password. Once logged in, they can download the master question paper along with the answer key and individual response sheets.
If candidates wish to raise objections against the provisional answer key, they should navigate to the "Key Objections" page on the portal. Here, they are required to enter their registration number and AP PGECET Hall Ticket Number, along with the subject and question number and the type of objection. 

An objection fee of INR 300 in accordance with the inquiry shall be paid for filing an objection through the reliable internet site. All candidates must ensure that they resolve objections before 8 May 2026, until three o'clock, as objections cannot be entertained after this closing date. Before filing objections, they are advised to match their answer sheets with the answer key implemented with the help of APSCHE and find out if there are any problems with it.

After the close of the protest period, on May 8, 2026, APSCHE will evaluate all the protests acquired and implement the final resolution key. The final answer secret is predicted to be announced along with the implications of AP PGECET 2026 on 14th May 2026. The candidates can view their marks, rank card, and other information about their eligibility for counseling from the official portal with their login details. After the announcement of the final result, the counseling system begins.
