AP ICET Counselling Dates 2026: Phase 1 Schedule

How the AP ICET Counselling Process Works

1. Online Registration: Log in at cap.apcfss.in using your AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth to submit personal and academic details.
2. Processing Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable counselling fee via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI — ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST/PH candidates.
3. Certificate Verification: Upload scanned copies of mandatory documents in PDF format. PH, NCC, CAP, and Sports category candidates must additionally attend physical verification at designated Helpline Centres.

5. Seat Allotment: APSCHE allots seats based on merit rank, category reservation, local status, and the options submitted.
6. Self-Reporting & Admission: Download the provisional allotment order, complete online self-reporting, and report to the allotted college with original documents between September 8 and 11, 2026, to confirm admission.
