How the AP ICET Counselling Process Works
- Online Registration: Log in at cap.apcfss.in using your AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth to submit personal and academic details.
- Processing Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable counselling fee via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI — ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST/PH candidates.
- Certificate Verification: Upload scanned copies of mandatory documents in PDF format. PH, NCC, CAP, and Sports category candidates must additionally attend physical verification at designated Helpline Centres.
- Exercising Web Options: Once verification is complete, the choice filling window opens on August 27, 2026, letting candidates rank their preferred colleges and courses.
- Seat Allotment: APSCHE allots seats based on merit rank, category reservation, local status, and the options submitted.
- Self-Reporting & Admission: Download the provisional allotment order, complete online self-reporting, and report to the allotted college with original documents between September 8 and 11, 2026, to confirm admission.
Eligibility Criteria for AP ICET Counselling 2026
Only candidates who have successfully submitted the online AP ICET 2026 application and paid the requisite fee are permitted to register for counselling. Seats will be allocated for MBA and MCA programmes, and only candidates meeting the academic and category criteria can secure a seat through web options. To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an Indian national
- Hold a three-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/BC candidates)
- Note that final-year students awaiting results are also eligible to apply
- Meet the local or non-local status criteria defined by the Andhra Pradesh government

Document Guidance for PWD Candidates
