AP ICET 2026 Application Correction Window Opens Today

The Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), has officially opened the AP ICET 2026 Application Correction Window today, April 6, 2026. Management aspirants who have already submitted their forms for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test can now log in to the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, to rectify errors in their applications.

The correction facility is a one-time opportunity for students to ensure their data is accurate before the generation of hall tickets. The window will remain active until April 10, 2026.

Candidates must complete all modifications within the stipulated timeframe. No further requests for changes will be entertained after the deadline.

Understanding Category 1 vs. Category 2 Corrections

The convener classifies application data into two groups. It is vital to know which details you can change directly:

Category 1 (Non-Editable by Candidate)

These details cannot be changed through the login portal. To correct these, candidates must send an email to the Convener (helpdeskapicet2026@apsche.org) along with supporting documents:

  • Candidate’s Name and Father’s Name
  • Date of Birth (as per SSC)
  • Signature and Photograph
  • Qualifying Hall Ticket Number

Category 2 (Editable by Candidate)

These details can be modified directly by logging into the portal:

  • Type of Examination and Medium of Instruction
  • Place of Study (Intermediate/Degree)
  • Mother’s Name and Gender
  • Community/Category and Special Category
  • Local Area Status and Annual Income of Parents
  • Address for Correspondence, Email ID, and Mobile Number

Step-by-Step Guide to Correct Your AP ICET Form

  1. Visit the official website: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
  2. Click on the "AP ICET-2026" tab.
  3. Select the link titled "Correction of Online Application Data".
  4. Enter your Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No, and Date of Birth.
  5. Make the necessary changes in the Category 2 fields and click "Save".
  6. Download and print the updated application form for future reference.

Final Preparation Checklist

With the exam roughly five weeks away, high school and UG students should focus on:

  • Analytical Ability: This section carries 75 marks. Practice Data Sufficiency and Problem Solving daily.
  • Communication Ability: Focus on terminology and business contexts to score well in the 50-mark Verbal section.
  • No Negative Marking: Like most state CETs, there is no penalty for wrong answers. Attempt all 200 questions.
