Crucial Post-Allotment Steps: Report to College by July 28!

Aspirants who have successfully secured a seat in Phase 1 must diligently follow the next steps to confirm their admission:

• Download Allotment Letter: First and foremost, candidates must download their provisional seat allotment letter from the official AP ICET counselling portal. This letter contains essential details about the allotted college, course, and fee structure.
• Report to Allotted College: Candidates are required to physically report to their allotted college with all necessary original documents for verification. This step also involves completing the admission formalities and paying the requisite fees.
• Reporting Window: The deadline for reporting to the allotted colleges is from July 26, 2025, to July 28, 2025. Today, July 27, 2025, is an active day within this reporting period.
• Consequence of Non-Reporting: It is critical to note that failure to report to the allotted college within this stipulated timeframe will automatically lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will forfeit their admission for this phase.

Candidates should ensure they carry all original educational certificates (10th, 12th, graduation mark sheets), transfer certificate, study certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate, Aadhaar card, and passport-size photographs when reporting to the college.
