AP EAMCET (AP EAPCET) 2026 3rd Phase Counselling: Registration Open Till September 11, Seat Allotment on September 16

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) opened registration for the third and final phase of AP EAMCET (AP EAPCET) 2026 counselling on September 9, 2026. The window covers both the MPC stream (engineering) and the BiPC stream (agriculture and pharmacy), and closes on September 11, 2026. Seat allotment for this final phase is scheduled for September 16, 2026, with reporting at allotted colleges running through September 19.

Candidates can register, verify documents, and submit web options through the official counselling portal, cap.apcfss.in.

What Is AP EAMCET 3rd Phase Counselling — And Who Should Apply

AP EAMCET, officially renamed AP EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) after medical admissions moved fully to NEET, is conducted by JNTU Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE. Counselling itself — registration, option entry, and seat allotment — is run directly by APSCHE.

This third round is the last scheduled counselling phase of the 2026 cycle. It applies to candidates who:

• Did not register, or were not allotted a seat, in Phase 1 or Phase 2
• Were allotted a seat earlier but want to try for a different college or branch
• Are becoming eligible for counselling for the first time this round

More than 2.64 lakh candidates appeared for AP EAPCET 2026 in May, and roughly 274 colleges across Andhra Pradesh participate in the counselling for B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Sc (Agriculture), and related undergraduate programs.

How to Register for AP EAMCET 3rd Phase Counselling

1. Visit the official counselling portal,  cap.apcfss.in.
2. Log in with your AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket details, or your existing counselling credentials if you registered in an earlier phase.
3. Complete or verify document upload for certificate verification.
4. Pay the counselling processing fee, if applicable to you (see note below).
5. Submit web options — your college and branch/course preferences, in order of priority — within the entry window.
6. Use the option-change facility on September 13 if you want to revise your preference order before allotment.

Counselling Fee: What's Confirmed

APSCHE's standard AP EAPCET counselling fee in earlier phases of the 2026 cycle was ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST candidates. Candidates who already paid this processing fee during Phase 1 or Phase 2 are reported to not need to pay it again for Round 3. [VERIFY] — APSCHE has not issued a separate fee notification specific to Round 3; new registrants should confirm the exact amount on the portal before proceeding.

Documents Required

• AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card
• Class 10 (SSC) marksheet
• Class 12 / Intermediate marksheet
• Transfer certificate
• Proof of date of birth
• Category/caste certificate (for reserved-category candidates)
• Income certificate, where applicable for fee reimbursement or reservation

Seat Allotment and Reporting

After the seat allotment result on September 16, allotted candidates must complete two steps within the September 16–19 window: online self-reporting on the counselling portal, and physical reporting at the allotted college. Candidates who miss either step risk losing the allotted seat — and since this is the final scheduled counselling phase, may not get another opportunity through the regular AP EAPCET process this admission cycle.

Where to Check Updates

Registration, fee payment, option entry, and results are all handled on  cap.apcfss.in. Exam-related information — notification, results, rank card — is separately available on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
