Andhra University Extends AUEET 2026 Phase 3 Fee Payment Deadline to August 26; Check How to Pay

The Andhra University Directorate of Admissions (AUDOA) has extended the AUEET 2026 Phase 3 course fee payment deadline to August 26, 2026. Candidates allotted seats during Phase 3 counselling must complete the online tuition fee payment through the official admissions portal at audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in to confirm their admission.

The extension applies only to candidates who received a seat allotment in Phase 3. Candidates who fail to pay the prescribed course fee by the revised deadline may face cancellation of their allotted seat.

The original fee payment window was scheduled from August 19 to August 22, 2026. AUDOA has now extended the deadline by four days, giving Phase 3 allottees additional time to complete the payment process. No separate application fee has been introduced as part of the extension.

AUEET 2026 Phase 3 Key Dates

Who Is Eligible for the Extended Fee Deadline?

The revised deadline is applicable to AUEET 2026 Phase 3 seat allottees. Candidates admitted through Phase 1 or Phase 2 are not covered by this extension, while students who did not receive a Phase 3 allotment do not need to make a payment under this notice.

AUEET, or the Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test, is used for admission to the university's six-year integrated dual-degree engineering programs. The programs combine a BTech and MTech in the same engineering specialization and are offered at Andhra University College of Engineering in Visakhapatnam.

Courses available through this route include Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering and Instrument Technology.

How to Pay AUEET 2026 Phase 3 Course Fee?

Candidates can complete the fee payment through the official AUDOA portal by following these steps:

1. Visit audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in.
2. Log in using the AUEET hall ticket number and password.
3. Open the Phase 3 seat allotment order available on the dashboard.
4. Check the allotted program, branch and prescribed fee.
5. Click the fee payment option.
6. Complete the payment using the available online payment method.
7. Download and save the payment receipt after successful payment.
8. Candidates should verify that the transaction has been completed successfully and retain the receipt until the admission process is over.

What Happens After Fee Payment?

Fee payment confirms the candidate's participation in the allotted admission process, but candidates must also complete the reporting formalities. The reporting schedule and instructions will be published through the AUDOA admission portal.

Candidates should keep their original certificates and attested photocopies ready for reporting. Required documents may include academic certificates, identity proof, AUEET-related documents, the seat allotment order and fee payment receipt.

What If Candidates Miss the August 26 Deadline?

Candidates who do not complete the required fee payment by August 26 may lose their Phase 3 allotment. Vacant seats resulting from cancellations may subsequently be considered for a spot admission round, subject to the schedule and rules announced by AUDOA.

Candidates should therefore avoid waiting until the final hours and complete the payment well before the deadline.

AUEET 2026 Phase 3: What Candidates Should Do

Phase 3 allottees should log in to the official portal, verify their allotment details and arrange the exact fee mentioned in the allotment order. After completing payment, they should download multiple copies of the receipt and monitor the AUDOA website for reporting instructions and any spot admission notification.

The AUEET 2026 Phase 3 fee payment deadline is August 26, 2026, making it important for all allotted candidates to complete the process within the extended window.
