AKGEC Ghaziabad Announces Comprehensive Fee Structure and Merit Scholarships for 2026–27 Academic Session

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC), Ghaziabad, has published the detailed fee structure for the new admitted students for the academic session 2026–27. The total fee for undergraduate (UG) B.Tech programs is between INR 3.65 lakh and INR 4.76 lakh for the entire four-year duration. The total fee for postgraduate (PG) courses such as M.Tech and MCA is ranging from INR 2.31 lakh to INR 2.47 lakh for the two-year programs.

Hostel Fee Structure 2026–27

• Boys (Double Seater) – INR 150,000 per year (including INR 10,000 refundable security)
• Boys (Triple Seater) – INR 140,000 per year
• Girls (Triple Seater) – INR 140,000 per year

Fees can be paid by students either by demand draft (DD) or postal order (PO) in favor of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, payable at Ghaziabad or Delhi. Besides this, online payment options are also available through NEFT/RTGS transfer to the college's Kotak Mahindra Bank account. The institute also offers merit scholarships to the M.Tech students on the basis of their B.Tech aggregate scores. Students securing 65% or above will be given a 25% concession on the tuition fee, and students securing 80% or above will be given a 100% waiver on the tuition fee. Apart from this, fee waiver schemes are available for the eligible candidates as per the institutional norms.
