Eligibility Conditions for AIL BA LLB 2026
The candidate must have passed the Class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board. The minimum percentage required in the qualifying exam is 45%. For SC/ST students, the minimum is 40%. The candidate must be an Indian citizen or an OCI holder. For the general category, the age limit to join the course is 20 years as of July 1, 2026. Candidates who have applied for their Class 12th final examination are also eligible to apply on a provisional basis.

The candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from a recognized educational institution. Applicants should have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 50% in their LLB program.
