The college has opened the website for admission to wards of the Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy. The site is open for General Category Students too. The link is open from 10 AM and the application process will go on till 15 June 2026.
The exam takes place for 5 years undergraduate programmes in Army Institute of Law. These two undergraduate programmes are Bachelor of Arts with Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA-LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce with Bachelor of Legislative Law (BCom-LLB).
To apply for this program, a candidate has to go to the official website of Army Institute of Law, Mohali, www.ail.ac.in . The BA-LLB programme provides a platform for students to study Law with full certainty. The students who have other plans study the intersectionality of business and legal platforms.
The wards of Indian Army personnel, Indian Air Force personnel and Indian Navy personnel who were either killed in action or have received any Gallantry Award will be provided a certain number of percentage of marks in the examination. The first year students would have to study Sociology, Special Contract, Financial Accounting and Principles and Practice of Management in their first semester.
The least percentage of marks in Class 12th Board Exams to apply for this examination is 45%. One thing that is quite common in all law exams including CLAT is that they don’t prescribe a certain Age Limit to apply for the examination. Like the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), AIL LET 2026 has not up any age limit for the examination.
The examination of law school in Mohali will have 46 test centres across the nation. Having the Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy around the nation has made the government to do so.
