AIIMS NORCET 11 Result 2026: How Many Candidates Qualified?
The Stage I result contains two important candidate figures.
| Result statistics | Candidates |
|---|---|
| Appeared for Stage I | 1,00,804 |
| Qualified in Stage I | 55,967 |
| Shortlisted for Stage II | 12,638 |
These figures are reported in the September 18 result coverage.
The distinction matters because clearing the preliminary qualifying threshold does not necessarily mean a candidate has been shortlisted to appear for Stage II.
Candidates should therefore check their actual shortlist status instead of relying only on the qualifying percentile.

Final recruitment is a separate process that involves Stage II performance and the conditions specified in the recruitment notification.
Candidates should not interpret a Stage I qualification as confirmation of employment or final selection.
