Seat Acceptance Options for Allotted Candidates

Each candidate who has been allotted a seat must choose one of two online options before the deadline. The selection determines whether they will stay in the process for Round 2 or take the current allotment.

• Option 1 (Freeze): Accept the allotted seat and not take part in further rounds of counselling.
• Option 2 (Upgrade): Accept the allotted seat and remain in the pool for a chance to get a better seat in Round 2.

If a candidate misses the deadline, they will lose their allotted seat and will also not be eligible for the following rounds of counselling.

3. Log in using the candidate ID and password you used during registration.
4. Open the Round 1 seat allotment letter on the dashboard.
5. Download the allotment letter and save a printed copy for reporting.

How to Report at the Allotted AIIMS Institute?

After accepting the seat online, candidates need to go to the allotted AIIMS campus in person. They must report by August 17, 2026. The admission fee of Rs 5,000 is to be paid at the time of admission.
