The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has released the re-revised schedule for AIAPGET 2025 Round 2 reporting. Candidates allotted seats in MD/MS Ayush courses must note the strict deadline. The reporting window is from October 15 to October 24, 2025. This article provides crucial details on the re-revised schedule, the mandatory documents required for physical verification, and the next steps, including the Round 3 counselling timeline. Act fast to secure your postgraduate seat.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has once again demonstrated its commitment to streamlining the admission process for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2025. Following a temporary withdrawal and a subsequent re-revision of the schedule, the Round 2 seat allotment results were successfully declared on October 14, 2025.

For thousands of aspiring MD/MS candidates in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H) programs, the focus now shifts entirely to the mandatory physical reporting phase. Aspirants must strictly adhere to the updated timeline to secure their allotted seats for the 2025-26 academic year. The committee has been explicit that extensions beyond the specified dates are highly unlikely, given the tight schedule for subsequent rounds.

  • Round 2 Seat Allotment Result: Declared on October 14, 2025.
  • Physical Reporting Window: The critical period for reporting to the finally allocated institute is from October 15, 2025, to October 24, 2025.
  • Data Verification by Authorities: Post-reporting, the verification of joined candidates' data by AACCC/NCISM/NCH will take place on October 26 and 27, 2025. This step ensures transparency and finalizes the admission status.

Mandatory Checklist for Institute Reporting

The physical reporting process is a non-negotiable step for confirming admission. Candidates must be meticulous in preparing and verifying all required original documents and their self-attested copies. Failure to present even a single mandatory document can lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat. Aspirants are strongly advised to visit the official AACCC website (aaccc.gov.in) for the most detailed and comprehensive list before traveling.

Key documents essential for AIAPGET 2025 Round 2 reporting include:

  • AIAPGET 2025 Admit Card: The official admit card issued by NTA.
  • AIAPGET 2025 Result/Rank Letter: The scorecard indicating the All India Rank (AIR) and qualifying status.
  • Provisional Allotment Letter: The letter downloaded from the AACCC portal confirming the seat allocation in Round 2.
  • Academic Certificates:
    • Mark Sheets of BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS (all professional years).
    • Original/Provisional Degree/Pass Certificate of the qualifying AYUSH course.
  • Internship & Registration:
    • Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate, which must be completed on or before October 31, 2025.
    • Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by CCIM/NCISM/NCH/State Boards/Universities.
  • Identification and Category Proofs:
    • Date of Birth Certificate (High School Certificate/Birth Certificate).
    • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.).
    • Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable, issued by the competent authority and adhering to the Central Government format.
    • Disability Certificate (PwD) if applicable.
  • Relieving Letter (For Upgrading Candidates): Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 and opted for an upgrade must carry the original Relieving Letter from their Round 1 institute.

Aspirants must also be prepared to pay the requisite admission and tuition fees (as prescribed by the allotted institution) at the time of reporting.

What's Next: The Road to Round 3 and Beyond

The conclusion of the Round 2 reporting period on October 24 will pave the way for the subsequent phases of the AIAPGET counselling process. Aspirants who did not secure a seat in Round 2, or those who wish to upgrade (though this option is highly limited post-Round 2), must now focus on the upcoming third round, commonly known as the Mop-Up Round. This round is crucial for filling seats that remain vacant after the initial two rounds.

The Mop-Up Round will have its own distinct timeline, which candidates must track diligently:

  • Verification of Vacant Seats: The AACCC is expected to reconcile and publish the vacant seat matrix for Round 3 immediately after the Round 2 reporting deadline, around October 25-27, 2025.
  • Round 3 Fresh Registration/Choice Filling: Fresh registration for candidates not yet registered, and the facility for choice filling, is tentatively scheduled to begin from October 29, 2025.
  • Declaration of Round 3 Result: The seat allotment for the Mop-Up Round is anticipated to be declared in the first week of November 2025.
  • Stray Vacancy Rounds: Following the Mop-Up Round, any remaining seats may be filled through institutional-level Stray Vacancy Rounds (SVR), which typically involve physical participation at the respective institutes, subject to a revised schedule to be announced later.

Candidates are strongly advised to keep a constant check on the official AACCC website, as the counselling schedule has been subject to multiple revisions. Using reliable, official sources for information is paramount to a successful admission process.

Conclusion

With the Round 2 reporting period for AIAPGET 2025 in full swing and the revised deadline of October 24, 2025, looming, prospective postgraduate students must prioritize the physical verification and admission formalities. The current date, October 16, provides a small window of opportunity to gather all necessary documents and reach the allotted institute. Timely compliance is the final hurdle to securing your coveted MD/MS seat in the promising field of AYUSH medicine. Prepare thoroughly, report promptly, and take the definitive step into your postgraduate medical career.
