Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the Round 2 Revised Seat Allotment Result (which was published on October 14, 2025) must report to their respective institutions within this stipulated period to complete their admission formalities.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) conducts the counselling for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET). The schedule for Round 2 underwent a revision (and a subsequent re-revision) due to issues stemming from Round 1 reporting, which led to a delay in the release of the seat matrix and allotment result. Aspirants for the MD/MS/PG Diploma courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy must adhere strictly to the final dates.

Key Dates for Round 2 (Re-Revised Schedule)

Reporting Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

The reporting phase is the final and most crucial step to secure admission. Candidates must follow these steps within the October 15 to October 24, 2025 window:

  1. Download Provisional Allotment Letter: Candidates must first log in to the official AACCC website, aaccc.gov.in, and download the Provisional Allotment Letter. This letter is mandatory for the reporting process.
  2. Physical Reporting: Candidates must physically visit the allotted college/institution. This cannot be done online. They must carry the Provisional Allotment Letter and all the necessary documents.
  3. Document Verification: All original academic and personal documents must be presented to the college authorities for verification. The college will check the eligibility and authenticity of the documents against the submitted records.
  4. Fee Payment and Admission: After successful document verification, candidates must pay the requisite admission fees and complete all institutional formalities to officially secure their seat.
  5. Option for Upgradation: At the time of reporting, candidates must decide their willingness for future rounds.
    • Final Admission: If satisfied with the allotted seat and not wishing to participate in subsequent rounds, the candidate should confirm the admission.
    • Willingness for Upgradation: If the candidate joins the allotted seat but wishes to be considered for an upgrade in Round 3, they must indicate their preference (usually a willingness or surrender form) to the college at the time of reporting.

Essential Documents to Carry

Aspirants are advised to carry all original documents along with multiple sets of photocopies. The list of documents typically includes:

  • AIAPGET 2025 Admit Card and Rank Card.
  • Provisional Allotment Letter downloaded from AACCC website.
  • MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS Degree Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the State/Central Council.
  • Date of Birth Proof (usually 10th Mark Sheet/Certificate).
  • High School & Intermediate Certificates and Mark Sheets.
  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License/Passport).
  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable).
  • Domicile Certificate (if applicable).

Failure to report to the allocated institute and complete the admission formalities within the deadline of October 24, 2025, will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat and the security deposit. Aspirants must treat this deadline as a final cut-off for the Round 2 admission process.
