This is a critical opportunity for aspirants seeking admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H) for the 2025-26 academic year.
Candidates who qualified in the AIAPGET 2025 examination and are yet to secure a seat, or wish to upgrade their previously allotted seat, must complete the process on the official AACCC website, aaccc.gov.in, within the strict deadlines.

How to Register and Fill Choices for Round 2
The Round 2 counselling process requires candidates to submit fresh choices, as preferences from Round 1 will be null and void.
Steps to Register:
- Visit the Official Portal: Go to the official website of the AACCC, aaccc.gov.in, and navigate to the 'PG Counselling' section.
- Candidate Login: Click on 'Candidate Login' and enter your AIAPGET Roll Number and Password.
- Registration and Fee: Complete the online registration form and proceed to pay the counselling registration fee and refundable security deposit as per your category.
- Choice Filling: Once registered, candidates must fill in their preferred colleges and courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma) in order of priority. Candidates are strongly advised to check the provisional seat matrix before filling in their choices.
- Choice Locking: Aspirants must ensure they lock their choices between the specified window to confirm their preferences. Choices that are not locked will be automatically locked by the system on the last date.
Who is Eligible to Participate in Round 2?
Round 2 is open to:
- Candidates who did not register or participate in Round 1.
- Candidates who registered but were not allotted any seat in Round 1.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 but chose the "Free Exit" option.
- Candidates who joined the allotted seat in Round 1 but are opting for an upgrade (after following the requisite joining formalities).
Candidates who have already secured and joined a seat in Round 1 and do not wish for an upgrade should not participate in this round.
