Candidates who have applied for TS PGECET 2026 Phase 1 counselling for the two pharmacy courses are advised to check the new dates for submission of certificate verification, option entry and allotment, and self-reporting. 

Key Update in the Revised Phase 1 Schedule

As per the notice on the TGCHE portal, the first seat allotment result will be published on August 26, 2026. This is the headline change in the revised Phase 1 timeline. Candidates should log in to the same portal on that date to view their individual allotments.

Who is Affected by the TS PGECET Counselling Date Change?

The revised counselling dates apply to candidates who have applied for the TS PGECET 2026 M.Pharm and Pharm.D P.B. courses. The change does not affect other TS PGECET courses that fall under Phase 1 counselling. Only those who qualified the TS PGECET 2026 and applied for any of the two pharmacy courses are advised to update their schedules accordingly. The date change applies to students who seek admission to any of the participating institutes in Telangana through state government-conducted counselling. Candidates can check the TS PGECET 2026 first seat allotment by following the steps given below:

1. Visit the official admissions website pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in
2. Click on the relevant first allotment result links for M.Pharm and Pharm.D P.B.
3. Log in using the TS PGECET Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth and Password
4. Check the allotment results on the screen. The TS PGECET allotment order displaying the candidate’s name, college and course will appear
5. Save and print the allotment order for future reference

What Allotted Candidates Should Do?

Those allotted seats in the first-round seat allocation should report to their respective colleges after making the prescribed fee payment. Candidates are required to complete the self-reporting process on the online portal to confirm the allotment and print the self-reporting form. Candidates should carry along their original certificates, documents, and fee payment proof for verification at the institutes. Candidates must not miss the deadline for making the prescribed fee payments or completing the self-reporting process. The allotment may be cancelled if the reports are not submitted or the fees are not paid.
