CET Cell Maharashtra has opened the Round 2 option form filling process for the Maharashtra Three Year LLB CAP 2026. Candidates can submit their college options through the application portal of llb3cap26.mahacet.org. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell has scheduled the announcement of Round 2 provisional allotment on August 29, 2026. The State Common Entrance Test Cell is managing the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for law programs in the state. The round 2 admission is for the Maharashtra candidates who have not secured a provisional seat in the first round.

Who Are Eligible For Round 2 Allotment?

The Maharashtra candidates with a confirmed CAP application are eligible to fill the round 2 option form. It includes the candidates rejected in the first round and those who have refused to accept the allotted seat. The candidates who have taken up the provisional admission in round 1 are not eligible to apply for round 2. The eligible candidates need to follow the guidelines issued by the CET cell and the CAP Information Brochure.

Is There Any Payment For Round 2?

It should be noted that the candidates are not required to pay any processing fee for applying for the round 2 option form. However, the applicants need to have a valid CAP application form during the initial registration. The candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee if they get a confirmed seat in the second round. The candidates need to make the seat acceptance fee payment online. The payment through cash or other offline modes is not allowed at any CAP stage.

2. Log in to the application portal by entering the CAP application number and password
3. Open the round 2 option form on the dashboard
4. Fill in the college options in the preferred order

The candidates are advised to carry the necessary documents for verification at the time of reporting. It is essential to carry all the required documents mentioned in the official brochure. The candidates must bring the following documents:

2. Graduation mark sheet
3. MH CET Law 2026 examination result

How The Allotment For Round 2 Works?

The Maharashtra CET cell determines the allotment for the round 2 on the merit basis.
