The last date to submit their responses is May 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM. COAP 2026 stands for Common Offer Acceptance Platform. It is a program started by IIT Roorkee to assist with admissions to M.Tech programs across 24 institutes, including IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and others. With the release of Round 3 offers, candidates can review the available options and make an informed choice. How to Log In and See Offers from COAP 2026 Round 3?

Students need to go to the website coap2026.iitr.ac.in and click on the "LOGIN" button.
After that, they must enter their email address that was registered for COAP along with their password.
For the online admission process for the M.Tech course, all participating institutes will use the COAP registration number.

It is important to note that the "Retain & Wait" option can be used for the same offer only twice. Starting from Round 3, if a student uses the "Retain & Wait" option twice for a particular offer, they will have to choose either "Accept & Freeze" or "Reject & Wait."

Once the candidate makes their choice, they must click on "Submit" to confirm their selection. If they don't click the "Submit" button, it will be considered as not accessible to COAP, and all offers will be automatically rejected. If the candidate chooses "Accept and Freeze," they should log into the admission portal of the respective college or university right away and complete the required admission procedures.

Offers cannot be accepted once the deadline passes. Any offers that do not get a response by 09:00 AM on May 27, 2026, will be considered invalid and automatically rejected. However, candidates who chose "Retain & Wait" or "Reject & Wait" in earlier rounds can still participate in Round 4.

What is Coming for the Students?

In Round 4, candidates will receive their offers on May 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This round is only open to those who selected "Retain & Wait" or "Reject & Wait" in Round 3. Round 5 is scheduled between June 6 to June 10, 2026, and will be the last round of COAP 2026. In this round, candidates will only have the options of "Accept & Freeze" or "Reject". Candidates can use the offers from COAP 2026 Round 3 to apply for M.Tech admissions in top institutions. They should take time to review their offers carefully.

After the fifth round, all following rounds from Round 6 to Round 10 will also serve as deciding rounds, offering only "Accept & Freeze" or "Reject" options.
