XIME MBA Round 2 Admission 2026: Deadline Extended Till April 21; GDPI from April 24

The Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) has decided to extend the deadline for submitting applications for its PGDM program in the 2026-28 batch. Those candidates who wish to apply for the above course have been offered more time and are allowed till April 21, 2026, to complete their application procedures via the official website.

The application procedure is hassle-free and can be done online via admissions.xime.org. Group Discussion & Personal Interviews (GDPI) will also be organized for candidates in various cities like Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, and Ranchi. Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME) is a leading institution that offers a 2-year AICTE-approved full-time residential PGDM program from its campuses at Bangalore, Kochi, and Chennai. It takes scores of students appearing in various national-level entrances, including the XAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, and GMAT.

Significant Dates

• 21st April 2026: Last date to fill out application form for Round 2
• 24th and 25th April 2026: GDPIs in different cities
• 1st and 2nd May 2026: Additional GDPIs

For eligibility, one must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognized institute and score at least 50% marks (for SC/ST candidates, 45%). Final-year students are allowed to apply for the exam if they fulfill the eligibility criteria up to their current semester and complete their graduation by June 25, 2026.

Candidates who opt for the first campus need to pay Rs. 2,000, while additional preferences cost Rs. 250 each. One can pay fees online using multiple payment modes like credit/debit card/net banking/UPI/mobile wallet.

GDPI Process and Selection

After analyzing applications, selected candidates will be called for the GDPI process based on their chosen centers. During the GDPI process, evaluation is done about the candidate’s communication skills, reasoning ability, and leadership qualities. Candidates must make sure they have all the necessary documents along with verifying their admission card.

• Choose your campus of choice: Bangalore, Kochi, or Chennai
• Register yourself using a login ID
• Enter your mobile number and verify using OTP
• Fill in the application form with necessary information
• Upload necessary documents as per requirement
• Pay the application fees online. Rs. 2,000 for 1st choice; Rs. 250 for other choices.
• Submit the completed application after due verification
