WBSU MBA 2026 First Provisional Selection List Released; Admission Fee Payment Ends July 21

West Bengal State University (WBSU) has announced the MBA selection list. The first provisional list is now available at wbsuadmission.com. This list includes candidates selected for the MBA 2026-28 program. The list was published after 12 noon on July 17, 2026. Candidates who are shortlisted need to complete the online admission process by July 21, 2026. They must also pay the admission fee during the same period. WBSU will publish the second provisional selection list on July 22, 2026. The admission process based on this second list will close on July 24, 2026. The merit list was prepared solely based on the scores obtained in the admission test. The MBA Admission Test was held on July 15, 2026, from 2 PM to 3 PM, lasting for one hour.

The MBA programme offers a total of 60 seats. These seats are distributed across five reservation categories. 

Who is eligible for WBSU MBA 2026 admission?

1. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. SC, ST, and OBC candidates are given a relaxation of 5% marks.
3. OBC applicants must provide a valid non-creamy layer certificate.
4. Qualifying scores in CAT, MAT, XMAT, GMAT, or GATE are preferred but not mandatory for admission.

Candidates can view the first provisional selection list through the official admission portal. Follow these steps:

2. Click on the “1st Provisional Selection List” link on the homepage.
3. Look for your application number or roll number in the list.
4. Download the selection list for future reference.

How to complete online admission and pay the fee?

Selected candidates need to log in to the WBSU admission portal to confirm their admission. The admission and fee payment period for the first list ends on July 21, 2026.
