Eligibility Criteria for VIT Mumbai BTech Admission 2026

Candidates applying for BTech admission must meet the following requirements:

• Have a valid JEE Main 2026 or MHT-CET 2026 score.
• Have secured at least 45% marks in Class 12.
• Have studied Physics and Mathematics, along with Chemistry or an equivalent subject at the Higher Secondary level.
• Candidates who were not selected through CAP can also apply.
• Diploma and D. Vocational candidates can apply for lateral entry by selecting the appropriate option in the application form.
• Reserved category candidates can claim applicable relaxation as per state guidelines.
• MHT-CET is primarily applicable to candidates with Maharashtra domicile, while candidates from other states can apply through JEE Main under the Institute Level quota. Domicile and category documents will be verified during the admission process.
