Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has announced the UPTAC Special Round 2 seat allotment result 2026. Candidates can check their allotment status and download the allotment letter by logging into the official counselling portal at uptac.samarth.edu.in. The physical reporting process at the allotted institutes will begin on September 3 and continue until September 7, 2026. Candidates who fail to report within the prescribed period may lose their allotted seats. The Special Round 2 counselling covers B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Pharm, BHMCT and BFAD programmes.

How to Check UPTAC Special Round 2 Allotment Result 2026?

Candidates can download their allotment letter by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website at uptac.samarth.edu.in.
  2. Click on the ‘Candidate Login’ link on the homepage.
  3. Enter the application number and password.
  4. Open the ‘Seat Allotment’ section on the candidate dashboard.
  5. Check the allotted institute and programme.
  6. Download the allotment letter and keep a printout for physical reporting.

Physical Reporting at the Allotted Institute

Candidates allotted seats in Special Round 2 must report to their respective institutes between September 3 and September 7, 2026. At the time of reporting, candidates must carry a hard copy of the allotment letter and original documents for verification. The allotted institute will confirm the admission after completing the document verification process.

Documents Required for Physical Reporting

Candidates should carry the following documents:

  1. UPTAC 2026 Special Round 2 allotment letter
  2. Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate
  3. Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate
  4. JEE Main 2026 or CUET UG 2026 scorecard, wherever applicable
  5. Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from the last institution
  6. Category certificate for OBC, SC, ST or EWS candidates, wherever applicable
  7. Passport-size photographs
  8. One self-attested photocopy of each original document

Seat Acceptance Fee and Payment

Candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee online through the official UPTAC portal before reporting to the allotted institute.

The available payment modes include:

  • Net banking
  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • UPI

Candidates should note that failure to report to the allotted institute may result in the loss of the allotted seat and applicable fee. The same may apply to candidates who cancel their admission after reporting, as per the counselling rules.
